Cool captain. The article seemed interesting and a bit funny to me. Right now I'm doing one of the 'useful' things and read local free Russian newspapers, it's great.
Well this article shows the very small view (outside of America)the writer has had. I have met so many white people in Estonia, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Holland, Iceland etc... that know and speak 3, 4, or 5 different languages. "white people" live all over the world. I believe most Americans (white and black) have a desire to speak more than one language, but have no need to, so they have not done so yet.... It may be on the to-do list but it is not #1 on that list.
